DisGalaxy Updates 01.07.25

Loads of things have changed within our community this past month. We’ve seen a partial rebrand (or an improvement to it, thanks to my good friend Shylor!). We’ve also rolled out some of the most requested features for our community.

We’re still cooking up even more amazing updates and have plenty more to show off in July.

Branding

• We're working on updating all our existing Icaria emojis in our community to a newer and much higher standard. So far, we've updated 50% of all current available emotes.

• We've also updated all our top-level channel banner artwork. Icaria wanted to show off just how cool she is, so she's in all of them now :D Go check it out!

Donation Site

• We've made some improvements across the board with our donations site.

• You can now refer our paid roles to your friends for a much earned 15% off.

• We'll be adding Stripe soon as a new payment method along with PayPal.

AutoMod

• Continued improvements to our filters.

• Blocked MANY inappropriate tags.

• Added an extremely powerful new regex:

  • Lab boys says this regex can detect 10³⁷ or 10 Undecillion different messages within a pre-designed scope. Say goodbye to garbage messages and those annoying spammers!

Server

• Updated Profile Roles:

  • Added gradient colors.

  • Added Iridescence, a role that changes between 24 colors a day.

  • Added more region roles including Australia!

• New Custom Role features:

  • You can now add and remove members from your role.

  • You can also summon your club in chat with the /summon command.

  • We've limited clubs to 15 members, but you can upgrade to 30 by boosting the server.

• Updates to Top Channels:

  • Improved our #staff channel greatly.

  • Improved our #donate leaderboard and information.

  • Added dropdowns for Welcome & Mascot in #information

  • Major improvements to readability for our Mobile users.

• New Perks:

  • Stellaris now has image perms.

  • Server Booster now grants 30 club members.

  • Level 80+ can now send Voice Messages in chat.

  • Immunity to SlowMode (ASE) was dropped to Level 60.

  • Having Stellaris or Intergalactic alows you to equip 7 club roles. Without, its 3.

  • All paid roles unlock Iridescence.

  • Loads more perks, check it out in our community.

• Miscellaneous/ Fixes:

  • We acquired the ᑎՕᐯᗩ Discord tag.

  • Fixed Topgg Voter role not removing after 12 hours.

  • Fixed Excellence not being given to the top 3 supporters.

  • Disabled the $customimg command for Mudae due to abuse.

  • Improved community security (immensely).
