DisGalaxy Got New Discord Stuff

We've got the new Server Tags and Role Colors.
This has been on slow rollout from Discord for some time.

We've adopted the NOVA tag.

We're also gearing up the release some gradient role colors in our Profile Roles, which is also in general receiving a new update soon.
