Massive Server Rebrand!

Howdy DisGalaxy, I hope you are all well today! This announcement requires @everyone's attention (mainly because I've been working on this for over 6 months now).

For the past 4 years, I've been slowly working up toward my dream goal of formally embracing our beloved Icaria amongst our beautiful community. Well, today is that day.

As you can see, we are about to unleash Icaria to the world, and in doing so, we asked her if she'd like to come call DisGalaxy home, a safe haven for her to meet all who stop by. She's still moving in, so watch out for the weird-looking boxes (definitely do not open them).

We hope you all absolutely adore this update to the community. We also hope you'll adore our new emotes coming soon™ (like at some point, idk).

• New Regexes:

  • Protection against excessive emoji spam.

  • Improved the #introductions filter significantly.

Server

• Improved Welcome Messages:

  • Throttle's when chat's aren't as active.

  • Throttles when there are too many joins.

  • We're making it so you don't have to constantly be interrupted.

• Improved Anti-Spam Engine accuracy:

  • Some of you were frustrated with how restrictive the rate limits were, so we adjusted some things.

• Continued improvements to Onboarding:

  • Enhanced tutorials and added new pretty icons.

  • Adjusted what channels new members see first off.

  • Removed Resource Pages because it was causing confusion.
